The Client Relations Specialist is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MT. Virtual/Remote with occasional in-office meetings. Health/Vision, and Dental benefits offered. Holiday and PTO benefits included.  

Pay Scale : Hourly Rate starting at $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:  

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting prospects and clients professionally and with clear direction – answering questions or concerns and passing them on to the correct department when needed 
  • Follow up with potential clients to schedule appointments  
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments  
  • Confirm appointments/meetings with clients  
  • Maintaining data integrity of CRM  
  • Work with marketing team on prospecting efforts   
  • Provide support to Client Relations team

  • Professional appearance 
  • High school diploma 
  • Work experience with CRM systems 
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise  
  • Flexibility in the growth and changes of the company  
  • Ability to work independently as well as team collaboration
